One of our recent favorites is Minca Ramen Factory, located on the corner of 5th Street and Avenue B. Stop by this East Village restaurant for the noodles, but stay for the jazz. Just a forewarning, there may be a line when you visit Minca. We suggesting waiting—it’s well worth it! This dining destination—which is literally two blocks from your East Village apartment—has a great atmosphere and serves up the closest thing to Japanese ramen outside of Tokyo.

Another one of the 9300 Realty’s favorite East Village restaurants is Perbacco on 4th and Avenue B. If you guessed that this local Italian restaurant is right around the corner from 44 Avenue B, you guessed right! We weren’t joking when we told you that your East Village apartment would be just footsteps from some of NYC’s top dining delights.  Perbacco is known for its seasonal dishes, rave reviews and imaginative cuisine. If great Italian food is what you crave, go for the parmesan custard. Everything here is homemade—and it shows. To top it all off, Perbacco’s wine list is perfect for pairing.
